Michigan UPDATE II:

Okay so we've got another update on the Michigan position. So yesterday he talked to the two staff photographers for a total of about two hours. Then today he had another lengthy conversation where it was more of them selling Midland to him. They gave us an idea of what the salary would be as well as the benefits. So we really have almost all we need to really make a decision IF the position is offered. I'm still focusing on the IF. We aren't getting our hopes up because there apparently is competition, but Nathan still feels like they really like him, especially after today's conversation was more selling Nathan on the position. They're still saying they should have their decision made this week. It's getting a bit scary... and real. In fact, I finally decided it was time to give Mark's mom, Kim a heads up. As soon as I said, "Well our situation may be changing..." She quickly interrupted with "No!" But while she was of course disappointed at the thought, she was also happy for us that Nathan is being considered for this opportunity. I asked if she'd be interested in joint custody of Mark, but she didn't think Mark would like all that snow (although he actually probably would!) *Whew* Pray. Pray. Pray.
