OK. So it is 100%. But we aren't moving into the apartment we were considering yesterday. We just didn't feel good about that place today and I just prayed that God would lead to the right place. And He sure did! I stumbled upon a fantastic duplex... I don't know what it is with us and duplexes... and its perfect! It is a fairly new place and has been immaculately maintained. It is smaller than our place right now, but just perfect for us. Its 2 bed/2bath, unfinished basement (STORAGE!!!), with a one car garage, on a quiet street almost exactly between the paper and Anya's house. The rent is the same so its almost a lateral move, BUT the utilities will run significantly lower. And it has carpet! We haven't lived in a home with carpet in almost four years. Nathan and I knew on the spot that this was to be our home. Of course we left and talked about it just to be sure, but we both felt confident that this was right. I'm not sure what the time table is; it might happen quick. I talked to our current landlord and he didn't sound thrilled, but that's life. Yay! Regardless, we're very excited.
